Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how it works:

  • Self-Service: Cancel directly from your Dashboard → Settings → Billing
  • No Questions Asked: Cancel with a single click, no phone calls required
  • Access Until Period End: You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No Automatic Renewal: After cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • New Subscriptions: Request within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Technical Issues: Service was unusable due to our technical problems
  • Duplicate Charges: You were accidentally charged multiple times

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after the 7-day period
  • Unused portion of annual subscriptions (unless within 7 days)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after using the service extensively

Annual Plan Refunds

For annual subscriptions, refunds within the 7-day window will be processed in full. After 7 days, we do not offer pro-rated refunds. You may continue using the service until the end of your annual billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@formignite.io
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Include your payment receipt or transaction ID

We process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Razorpay (UPI/Cards): 5-7 business days
  • Stripe (International): 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
